Some of the great questions of standard and quantum physics raise significant metaphysical issues, readily apparent to scientists who are Christians.

There are many  articles related to Science, Quantum Physics, Metaphysics, and God on The Debriefing. The following articles are such examples :

Atheist/Agnostic physicist Michio Kaku’s interpretation of a thought experiment based on the “Double Slit Interference” experiment (the “Schrödinger’s cat” thought experient – https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Sh5GCwt9PDs&list=LLxQ92_nS3aj2dzfVPDMQkRQ&index=23)is that there are only two possible explanations 1)many universes or 2)a Universal Observer (God). The many universes theory is his pet theory and his specialty but it has been described by another non-theist famous theoretical physicist Roger Penrose as “hardly science”. The mystery of Quantum Physics as illustrated in the “Double Slit” experiment has really got the atheistic scientific community into a lather.
